If at any point in the first 7 days after purchasing - You are not happy with our VPN. You can request a refund and we will issue you a 100% refund (setup fee not included). Just open a support ticket and we will sort it out.
We allow 5 connections per account. So this means you are able to use your VPN on up to 5 devices all at the same time! How cool is that!?
We currently allow PayPal and Bitcoin as payment methods. You don't need a PayPal account to pay though, if you wish to pay by card you can do so via checking out with PayPal and following the promts.
You can connect using one of the protocols mentioned above, use our own application, or download the OpenVPN profile available in your control panel and connect using OpenVPN connect. A full guide is available in our Knowledge Base in the Members area. (note to self, add link)
